During and after our retreats, we hold a high standard and deep devotion for every aspect of the healing process, and are passionate to be by your side, step by step, as you embody your highest alignment and high vibe frequency, shining your radiance onward even amidst the challenges that you may face in the world outside the bubble of “pura vida” Costa Rica!

Integration is the process of deepening and grounding your work with breathwork, yoga, and spiritual and physical purification & detoxification.

Your experiences and releases during the retreat can show you the challenges, limiting beliefs, and fears and even the solution, but the work is yours alone to do. Drawing on my lengthy experience as a spiritual coach, intuitive and channel, I offer resources and support to inspire and strengthen your process, and accelerate your path to a life of sustained bliss. Hour-long consultations are by Zoom.

• 4 one-hour sessions per month (combination of spiritual guidance, detoxification and nutrition guidance, breathwork, yoga nidra, embodied voice activation, yoga, and mantra meditation)
