Retreat Terms & Conditions
1. Payment and Refund Policy
All deposits and retreat payments are due in full by 60-days prior to the retreat start date.
All deposits and retreat payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
In extenuating circumstances, and pending availability, guests may reschedule their retreat within six (6) months of the original booking date.
Rescheduling requests must be submitted with at least 30 days' notice prior to the original retreat start date.
Failure to attend the retreat will result in forfeiture of all payments made.
2. Participant Responsibilities
Participants must ensure they are in good health and fit for all retreat activities, including but not limited to yoga, breathwork, meditation, and physical excursions.
It is the participant’s responsibility to obtain appropriate travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellations, and personal property.
Participants must adhere to the retreat’s code of conduct, respecting fellow attendees, staff, and the retreat environment.
3. Liability Waiver
By attending the retreat, participants acknowledge and assume all risks associated with retreat activities, including but not limited to physical exertion, exposure to natural elements, and participation in water-based activities.
The retreat organizer, facilitators, and property owners are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expenses incurred during the retreat.
Participants agree to release and discharge the retreat organizers from any claims, liabilities, or demands arising from participation.
4. Mental Health and Medical Disclosure
Participants must disclose any relevant physical, mental, or emotional health conditions upon booking the retreat.
The retreat organizers reserve the right to assess whether participation is suitable based on disclosed conditions.
If a participant requires medication or ongoing treatment, they must ensure they have adequate medical support, as the retreat is not responsible for managing individual health needs.
In the event of a mental health crisis or medical emergency, participants agree to seek appropriate medical attention and understand that facilitators are not licensed medical professionals.
5. Travel and Health Considerations
Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet all entry requirements for Costa Rica, including passports and visas if necessary.
The retreat is not responsible for any travel disruptions, flight cancellations, or delays.
In case of illness or emergency, participants are responsible for their medical treatment and expenses.
6. Force Majeure
The retreat is not liable for cancellations or changes due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, or travel restrictions.
In such cases, the retreat reserves the right to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements without issuing refunds.
7. Acknowledgment and Agreement
By booking and attending the retreat, participants confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Participants will be required to sign a waiver upon arrival.
