My name is Fern Olivia,
As a natural connector, I have been immersed in the local Santa Teresa and Nosara market dynamics and I hold the resources and contacts in order to obtain the information needed on the real estate that you are desiring and building the home of your dreams.
As your personal consultant, I will take you step by step in the land visits and purchase in Costa Rica. Additionally, I can guide you through the process of designing and constructing a custom eco-luxury Bali-style sustainable wood home.
Your Intuitive Real Estate Consultation Package includes:
Initial getting to know each other call
Creating a portfolio of options for your desired budget, intentions, and timelines
Visit of properties with the seller agency or directly with the owner.
From there, we work with the agency or owner and we are with you through the entire process including purchasing, management of relationships with the land title and legal relations.
My team also assists with putting everything into writing with our Legal team including:
Drafting or supervision of the purchasing proposal
Relationship with the notary to receive the land title

My team has connections with native land owners, intentional communities, and projects that are not listed publicly. We also work with real estate agents and can tap into their portfolios as well, so together we have the largest possible options for your dream to come true.
Additionally, if you desire, I can guide you through building options with the sustainable Bali house designers, including furniture and interior, all-inclusive and turn-key ready for you to move in. We have relationships with local architects in Costa Rica to visit your land, plan the layout and work with the municipality for electric and water connections.

Giving Back
We have partnered with Futuro Nativo, a non-profit organization funding projects in 8 villages in 7 indigenous communities across the Amazonas and in Costa Rica; Shipibo-Conibo, Kuntanawa, Huni Kui and Yawanawa, Ngäbe-Buglé, Boruca and Bri Bri in Costa Rica.
Specifically, we have chosen to support Doña Inés Morales, a Bri Bri elder who has extensive knowledge in traditional medicine and has been working towards preservation of the Bri Bri indigenous culture throughout her life. Her farm is located within the Bri Bri indigenous reservation in the mountains of Talamanca.
Doña Inés will teach people how to honor plants as we use them, the different ways that indigenous Bri Bri women are taught to use these plants as well as the need to reconnect with the land as a way to re-connect within ourselves. In preserving the wisdom of the Bri Bri, we are preserving the native medicine of Costa Rica, and helping to keep these essential traditions surviving as they are passed to future generations.

Fern Olivia
Fern Olivia is passionate about the power of energy and plant medicine, shamanic practices, yoga, and holistic, sustainable lifestyle. A former Wall Street Exec in her past life, now has been living in Costa Rica for 4 years and has been stewarding land in an Organic Fruit Farm in Santa Teresa where she is building community and working with Indigenous tribes and native wisdom keepers to weave in the Ancient Practices to preserve Mother Earth.
Fern Olivia is deeply passionate about being a “Conscious Real Estate Matchmaker” helping intentional soul-led investors and Earth Guardians to find their most aligned home in Costa Rica, with a focus on sustainability and regenerative community values.
Her intention is give back to Mother Earth, Pachamama, more than we take. To learn how to coexist peacefully with her. To listen to the plant spirits and honor our ancestors and the indigenous people of this land.
Todd Chi
With over 5 years of experience living in Costa Rica, Todd Chi has been building relationships and creating a diverse portfolio of land and real estate investment properties with the native community here in Santa Teresa.
In addition to building Real Estate relationships, he also serves the community with energy and breathwork classes at Pranamar Villas and Nautilus.
Ever since his teen years, Todd has immersed into healing arts, reaching Reiki Master level certification by the age of 20. He is passionate for being a super energy conductor and understanding the forces of life which govern the universe we live in.
Legal Support
Ayeessa is our in-house legal consultant. She has her doctorate of Law from one of Canada’s top law schools and has been assisting clients with real estate transactions for over 11 years. Ayeessa is here to assist you with understanding Costa Rican land purchase laws and explain what could be at times complex and confusing rules. We love working with Ayeessa and so do our clients!
