If you’ve been here with me for some time, you know I quit the soul-less heavy corporate life of 7 years on Wall Street one day while I was at a juicing summit in NYC with some of the brightest minds in holistic health. There was a light spark inside me that said “ENOUGH” after I fainted in the subway during a morning commute to my desk job where I stared at three computer screens of spreadsheets and trading platforms.
Clearly, this was not the life I was meant to live… and clearly, not many people can truly say that this is the life they truly LOVE and were meant to do, however leaping from the hamster wheel can be absolutely terrifying.
It was for me, however nearly getting trampled in the subway when I fainted because my hormone medication and birth control pills were giving my adrenals and nervous system such a bad trip, thankfully was my wake up call that NOTHING was more terrifying and restrictive than this grind.
Now, over 8 years later after I traded excuses for freedom, I live here, in Costa Rica, dancing my soul groove every day on the beach when I wake up. No more subways, no more commutes. Yes, I do have committments to show up for my higher purpose, things that keep me lit up and showing up, like creating courses and meditations to inspire and guide you, too.
Something that has come to me to share, my newest offering which is specifically for those who would like to transition from a heavy, corporate life into a life of freedom, in this New Year 2023.
From my heart and soul, to you, so you can live a life of freedom, transitioning from a desk to wherever your wings desire to explore, travel, and be, and having the courage and confidence to make the change and close the past chapter of your life that isn’t meant for you to continue onward.
If you feel that your energy and physical body are holding on to so much resistance, I invite you to open yourself up to so much more freedom in a 3-week journey with me where I will guide an intimate group to gather the courage to transition from their toxic 9-5 job (or longer crazy hours!) and feel free again, to do what they truly love. We will use the tools I have gathered over the past 8 years of freedom, so you can make the pivot smoother (even smoother than I did!) There will be daily support and accountability over this 21-day exploration, and space for powerful breakthroughs to be manifested!
The exchange is $700 and I am excited to share this offer with 11 souls who apply and feel ready to begin on together on January 11th.
Our first session is at 9am PST / 12pm EST / 6pm CET on Wednesday, January 11th. Sessions are recorded for all those unable to attend live.

In between our sessions, you’ll receive additional resources and practices to integrate what emerged in our session. These may include guided meditations, breath practices, and/or accountability specific to your unique intentions.
